  • Everything Shabby Is Chic will work with our customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase. We will make every effort to accomodate customer needs and to accept returns when reasonable.

  • All merchandise is sold “as is” meaning customer accepts that pieces are vintage and antique.

  • Once an item is purchased,the customer agrees to pick up the item within a reasonable period of time.

  • Delivery may be arranged on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.

  • Customers with custom orders should email Everything Shabby Is Chic with detailed instructions on their "custom piece." We will make every effort to accomodate customer specificatons. If the customer is not happy with their custom piece, we may accept return of the piece for a refund, or may be able to work with the customer to change the piece (additional charges may apply).
